Hunting & fishing season is valid from March 1st through the last day of February each year. The population of deer and wild turkey has been restocked by the state. 1,000 tons of fish are taken annually by fisherman from the waters of Kentucky Lake, The first Saturday in August is our Annual Duck Blind Drawing.
Just a few miles down the road is Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge, 2300 acres, public hunting lands, white sandy beaches, migrate bird watching, viewing area of eagles nests, Chickasaw Nature walking trails, and much much more.
If hunting and fishing is of no interest try golf at the recently opened golf course at Paris landing.
